Derrick Tornow is a seasoned Real Estate and Lending professional with over 20 years experience within the industry. Derrick has served as Managing Partner of M5 Commercial Funding. In addition, Mr. Tornow serves as Managing Partner of Tornows & Associates, real estate brokerage, COO at Squeeze Media, overseeing operations for residential and commercial lead generation, working directly with lenders throughout the United States.
Colton Smith has more than 15 years of commercial real estate finance experience closing over $500 million in commercial loans. He specializes in bridge and permanent debt for multifamily, office, industrial, retail, self storage, assisted living, and hospitality properties. Previously, Mr. Smith founded the commercial lending division for a Salt Lake City real estate conglomerate and has invested in commercial and residential investment real estate. Mr. Smith earned an M.B.A. from the University of Denver with an emphasis in finance and real estate construction management.
David George has spent the better part of a decade developing proprietary investor reporting tools, and algorithms that assist funds and other financial entity's with the origination, servicing, and underwriting of loans. He has served as chief technology officer for several diversified funds, and development companies that have unique capital needs.
